| Delivery timing | Processing starts immediately after payment is completed. Candidate mixes for comparison are usually ready in 3–5 minutes for a Short and 7–45 minutes for Full (about 7–12 minutes for a 4-minute song with 2 vocal tracks), and each finish (rendering the final version) usually takes 2–15 minutes (depending on song length, the number of vocal tracks and how busy we are; the estimate for your song is shown on the final confirmation screen). If the candidate mixes aren't ready within 2 hours of payment, you're refunded in full automatically. The download and revision deadline is 7 days from payment. |

| Cancellation & refunds (withdrawal / termination) | This is a digital service, and processing starts immediately after payment, so we cannot accept cancellations or refunds for the customer's personal reasons. If we cannot complete your mix for reasons attributable to us, we will refund the full price. |
| Defects | If a delivered file cannot be opened, the sound cuts out, or there is another defect caused by our processing, please contact us by email before the download deadline. We will reprocess the order or issue a refund. |
